Dreams. How much do they matter? Well, let me tell you. Back when I was little, even as early as age 5, I had dreams. One was when I grew up, I wanted to meet my soul mate. That happened with my love that I’m with today. My other dreams were to always feel like I was free, independent, and have nature around me. The other dream would form a little later when I was 8. That was the artist one. You know that one manifested as well. The second one I just mentioned happened too, with me moving to northern Canada, where I’m surrounded by beautiful forest, lakes, and wildlife. So, I ask you again, do dreams matter? You can answer that.

This piece, The Dream Never Dies, is about how we should never, no matter what happens, let our deepest dreams die. This woman in the painting is in an unknown place, she really has no idea what’s up ahead. However, she has courage, she has found herself, and she’ll fight for what she wants. I hope you can do the same.
